Throughout this Privacy Policy, the terms “IQ Score,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to R-Ventures B.V. and the services operated under the IQ Score brand, including IncomeQualityScore.com.

As a company established in the Netherlands, we process personal information in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR. Because IQ Score serves an international audience, we also comply with applicable privacy laws in other jurisdictions, including relevant United States state privacy laws where they apply.

Our business is built on subscriptions, not advertising. We believe excellent investment research should not require invasive tracking or unnecessary collection of personal information.

Our mission is to help investors make better-informed decisions through transparent, data-driven research.

IQ Score provides research and educational information only. Nothing published on our website or through our services constitutes personalized investment advice.

Your portfolio belongs to you.

We process portfolio and watchlist information only to provide features you request, such as portfolio analysis, classification displays, alerts, watchlists, or related research tools.

We do not publish, sell, rent, or disclose individual portfolio holdings to other members.

We do not use individual portfolio information to create advertising profiles or to market unrelated third-party products.

6. Data Accuracy

Certain IQ Score features may depend on information you choose to provide.

You are responsible for ensuring that submitted portfolio, watchlist, account, and contact information is accurate and up to date. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the accuracy or availability of the services we provide.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we do not independently verify portfolio information entered by members.

7. Payments

Paid subscriptions may be processed by trusted third-party payment providers, such as Stripe.

IQ Score does not store complete credit or debit card numbers on its own systems. Payment providers process payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

We may receive limited transaction information, such as payment status, subscription level, billing country, transaction identifiers, and invoice information.

8. Email Communications

We may send emails relating to:

• newsletters;
• research publications;
• account administration;
• subscription management;
• service changes;
• security notices; and
• important operational announcements.

You may unsubscribe from optional marketing or editorial emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those messages.

Certain transactional messages relating to an active account, payment, security issue, or requested service may still be sent where necessary.

Privacy is one of our design principles.

Whenever practical, we select technologies and business processes that reduce the amount of personal information collected while still enabling us to provide a reliable service.

Before introducing significant new integrations, analytics tools, or product features, we consider whether the same objective can be achieved while processing less personal information.

We aim to operate IQ Score using privacy-friendly technologies.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking to build marketing profiles.

Certain essential technologies may be required to:

• process subscriptions;
• prevent fraud;

11. Website Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, first-party analytics to understand how our website and content are used.

Our current objective is to measure aggregate matters such as page views, traffic sources, readership, content performance, and membership conversion without creating cross-site advertising profiles.

Analytics are used to improve IQ Score, its research, and the user experience. They are not used to sell behavioral advertising audiences.

12. Artificial Intelligence

We may use AI-assisted technologies to support customer service, research workflows, content management, product development, fraud prevention, and internal business operations.

Where personal information is processed by third-party AI service providers, those providers must act under contractual obligations designed to protect the information and may not use it to train publicly available AI models.

We do not use AI to make automated decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Our research evaluates investment assets, not people.

13. How and Why We Use Personal Information

We process personal information only where we have a valid purpose and legal basis.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider and balance our interests against your rights and freedoms.

Where applicable, you have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before consent was withdrawn.

14. When We Share Information

We share personal information only where reasonably necessary to operate our services, meet legal obligations, or protect our rights.

Our intended retention periods are:

• Active account information: for the duration of the active account;
• Closed account information: generally deleted or anonymized as part of our account closure process, subject to legally required records and limited security backups;
• Portfolio and watchlist information: deleted or anonymized following account closure as part of the normal account deletion process, unless retention is legally required;
• Newsletter information: until you unsubscribe or the subscription becomes inactive, subject to retaining limited suppression records so we can respect your unsubscribe request;
• Support communications: retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the matter, maintain service records, prevent abuse, or establish legal claims;
• Payment, invoice, and accounting records: generally retained for seven years where required by Dutch tax or accounting law; and
• Security logs: retained for a limited period appropriate to detecting, investigating, and preventing security incidents.

Exact deletion timing may depend on the systems used, backup cycles, legal obligations, and whether information must be retained to resolve a dispute or prevent fraud.

When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably practical.

17. Data Security and Breach Response

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.

Measures may include:

• encrypted HTTPS connections;
• authentication and access controls;
• role-based permissions;

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Where the GDPR applies, we will normally respond within one month of receiving a valid request. Where the request is complex or numerous, applicable law may allow us to extend that period. If an extension is required, we will explain the reason and expected response time.

You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence or work. Our lead supervisory authority in the Netherlands is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

19. California Privacy Rights

Where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, applies, California residents may have rights to:

• request deletion;
• receive information about disclosures;

• receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

IQ Score does not sell personal information.

IQ Score does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Where legally applicable, we recognize valid Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out request.

We may need to verify the identity of a requester. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification and proof of authority.

20. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of other U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws.

Where such laws apply to R-Ventures B.V. or IQ Score, we will honor applicable rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, targeted advertising, sale, profiling, and appeals.

Because we do not sell personal information or use it for cross-site behavioral advertising, certain opt-out rights may not be relevant to our current practices.

21. Children’s Privacy

IQ Score is intended for adults and is not directed to children under the age of 18.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child inappropriately, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Our Privacy Commitment

Privacy is not simply a legal requirement. It is part of how we design IQ Score.

We deliberately collect less information than many online platforms because excellent investment research does not require invasive tracking.

Our business is funded through subscriptions, not the sale of personal data.
