Cookies & Tracking Policy
Our privacy-first approach to cookies and website tracking.
Cookies & Tracking Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Our Approach
At IQ Score, we believe excellent investment research should not require invasive tracking.
Our business is built on subscriptions—not advertising. We do not monetize personal information, sell user data, or build advertising profiles based on your online behavior.
We intentionally design IQ Score to collect as little information as reasonably necessary to operate a secure, reliable, and useful investment research platform.
This Cookies & Tracking Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies we use, why we use them, and the choices available to you.
IQ Score is operated by R-Ventures B.V., a private limited company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands.
1. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small text files stored by your web browser.
Modern websites may also use similar technologies, including:
- local storage;
- session storage;
- browser storage;
- security tokens;
- server-side session identifiers; and
- comparable technologies used to remember information between requests.
Throughout this policy, we use the term cookies to refer to cookies and comparable browser technologies unless the context requires otherwise.
2. Our Privacy Philosophy
Our philosophy is simple:
Collect less. Track less. Protect more.
Whenever practical, we choose technologies that:
- minimize personal data collection;
- avoid cross-site tracking;
- avoid advertising technologies;
- reduce reliance on third-party services;
- respect user privacy by default; and
- provide only the information necessary to operate IQ Score.
Privacy is considered during product design—not added afterwards.
3. Essential Technologies
Certain technologies are required for IQ Score to function securely and reliably.
These technologies may be used to:
- authenticate members;
- maintain secure login sessions;
- process subscriptions;
- prevent fraud;
- protect user accounts;
- remember essential account settings;
- improve platform security; and
- ensure reliable operation of the website.
Without these technologies, certain features of IQ Score may not function correctly.
4. Technologies We Currently Use
The table below describes the technologies currently used by IQ Score.
| Technology | Provider | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| Secure member session | IQ Score / Ghost | Authenticate logged-in members and maintain secure sessions | Session |
| Essential membership cookies | Ghost | Operate member accounts and restricted content | Session or as required for authentication |
| Payment security technologies | Stripe | Secure payment processing and fraud prevention | Provider-defined |
| Privacy-first website analytics | Ghost | Measure aggregate website usage without advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking | No advertising cookies |
This table reflects our current implementation and will be updated whenever our use of cookies or similar technologies changes.
5. Technologies We Do Not Use
Unless this policy is updated, IQ Score does not intentionally use:
- Google Analytics;
- Google Tag Manager;
- Meta Pixel;
- LinkedIn Insight Tag;
- TikTok Pixel;
- advertising cookies;
- cross-site behavioral tracking;
- third-party advertising networks;
- retargeting technologies;
- advertising audience profiling;
- data broker integrations; or
- technologies whose primary purpose is targeted advertising.
We do not build advertising audiences.
We do not sell personal information.
We do not track your activity across unrelated websites.
6. Website Analytics
Understanding how visitors use our website helps us improve IQ Score.
IQ Score currently uses Ghost's privacy-first analytics, which are designed to provide useful website insights without relying on advertising cookies or tracking visitors across unrelated websites.
Analytics help us understand information such as:
- page popularity;
- traffic sources;
- subscription conversion;
- content engagement;
- technical issues;
- website performance; and
- overall platform quality.
Analytics are used solely to improve IQ Score and our services.
They are never used to create advertising profiles.
7. Email Analytics
If you subscribe to IQ Score emails or newsletters, our email platform may record limited engagement information, including:
- successful delivery;
- delivery failures;
- email opens (where enabled);
- link clicks; and
- unsubscribe requests.
This information helps us:
- improve deliverability;
- identify technical problems;
- understand which research readers find valuable; and
- maintain the quality of our publications.
We do not use email engagement information to build advertising profiles or sell personal information.
Our approach to email measurement may evolve as privacy regulations and technology develop.
8. Third-Party Services
IQ Score uses trusted third-party providers to operate certain parts of our services.
Current providers may include:
- Ghost (website and memberships);
- Stripe (payment processing); and
- Cloudflare (security and website performance).
These providers may use essential cookies or comparable technologies where necessary to provide their services securely.
Additional providers may be introduced over time.
Whenever practical, we select providers that demonstrate strong privacy and security practices.
9. Future Technologies
Technology evolves.
Before introducing significant new tracking technologies, we consider:
- whether they are genuinely necessary;
- whether the same functionality can be achieved while collecting less information;
- whether they align with our privacy-first principles; and
- whether additional user consent is required under applicable law.
If our practices materially change, we will update this policy.
Where applicable law requires consent before introducing non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will obtain that consent before those technologies become active.
10. Browser Controls
Most modern web browsers allow you to:
- view stored cookies;
- delete cookies;
- block cookies;
- receive notifications before cookies are stored; and
- configure different preferences for different websites.
Please note that disabling essential cookies or comparable technologies may prevent member login, subscription management, or other important features from functioning correctly.
11. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers support privacy preferences such as:
- Do Not Track (DNT); and
- Global Privacy Control (GPC).
Because there is currently no universally accepted standard governing Do Not Track signals, IQ Score does not respond to DNT requests in a standardized manner.
Where applicable law requires recognition of valid Global Privacy Control signals, we intend to honor those signals.
12. International Visitors
IQ Score serves users around the world.
Our approach to cookies and tracking is designed to support compliance with applicable privacy legislation, including:
- the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
- the European ePrivacy rules;
- the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA); and
- other applicable privacy legislation where required.
Local legal requirements may differ depending on your jurisdiction.
13. Our Commitment
Our commitment is straightforward.
If IQ Score ever introduces:
- advertising technologies;
- behavioral profiling;
- retargeting;
- third-party advertising cookies; or
- similar tracking technologies,
we will:
- update this policy;
- clearly explain what has changed;
- explain why the technology is being introduced; and
- obtain consent where required by applicable law before enabling non-essential tracking.
We believe transparency should come before technology.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Cookies & Tracking Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or our services.
Whenever material changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date.
Where appropriate, we may also notify members through our website or by email before significant changes take effect.

Our Commitment to Privacy
We believe investors should be evaluated by the quality of their decisions—not by how much personal information can be collected about them.
Our goal is to build one of the most privacy-conscious investment research platforms available.
Every technology we introduce should have a clear purpose.
Every piece of information we collect should be necessary.
Every change should be explained transparently.
As IQ Score evolves, we will continue to ask ourselves one simple question before introducing new technology:
Can we deliver the same value while collecting less information?
If the answer is yes, that is the path we will choose.
